Booking
We are a customer focussed restaurant and we like to be consistent and fair to all our customers.
Our booking etiquette is as standard in most restaurants. Bookings made for special occasions, busy periods or large groups will require a deposit. The deposit will secure the booking and is at a flat rate of £30. Should you need to c oancel the booking we will return your deposit up to and including the day before. Inrder to minimise “no shows” we ask that you advise us as soon as possible to any changes in numbers to the original booking, even up to the same evening will help us. Those who do not honour the booking and do not advise us in advance will be charged for at £15 per person.
