Menu
Our menu is simply set out and has many choices. Pictures of the food assist customers who are new to Thai food and may not be sure what certain dishes look like. Thai food is naturally fresh looking and lightly cooked displaying a myriad of colours and tastes. We use all fresh ingredients with many flown in from Thailand the same week. Many people mistakenly think that all Thai food is hot and therefore not suitable for them Many others don’t like it because they have never tried it! The fact is that you may have any dish as hot or as mild as you like. There are many Thai dishes which have no spice in them at all. We have denoted some dishes which are hot ‘as it comes’. Some dishes are exactly the same as can be found on a Chinese menu but the unique flavour of Thai sauces and ingredients makes all Thai dishes sparkling with different flavours, all delicately balanced which means that Thai food is never bland.
Have a look through the menu – it’s simply divided into Starters, Stir Fry main courses, Curry main courses, Chef’s Specials and Accompaniments. Choose your dish first and then add the meat you prefer.
Sharing is the best way to eat Thai food. You may share your starters by choosing the Combo option, you may share your accompaniments by picking a variety of rice and noodles or you may share the whole meal by picking one of the Banquets. Each banquet can be shared by any number of people (except one) and make the dining experience much more fun. Banquets offer better value for money and for larger tables guarantee a quicker service. Every one is also guaranteed to experience a wider variety of what Thai food has to offer.
Tuk Tuk Thai is no longer trading but we would like to thank everyone who has used our service and invite all our tuk tuk thai customers to visit us in our Restaurant on Hartlepool Marina where they will be warmly welcomed!
